OUR CLIENT SERVICE COMMITMENT

Our relationship with clients is both personal and confidential. As a business strategy, our conclusion is, that "bigger is not necessarily better," for clients or for Abacus. We will manage our growth to maintain the highest quality of service and the competitiveness of our investment portfolios. Our commitment is that Abacus' expansion will occur in the context of a mutually productive environment for clients and staff.

CLIENT SERVICES

A successful investment management relationship requires both good investment performance and effective communication with clients. These are bedrock principles of our firm.

Clients receive monthly account statements from Schwab, interim transaction confirmations and year-end 1099 income tax summaries. Abacus provides quarterly summaries that include a detailed portfolio report appraisal, transaction summaries, and performance evaluation. We include a quarterly investment letter, which discusses important portfolio restructuring occurrences, as well as the firm's current market opinion. Portfolio review sessions are encouraged and are scheduled accordingly to each client's needs.
